It’s happening in my own home right now: how do I give this room a great refresh without tearing down walls? How will we make a baby fit in our three-bedroom + den, when my husband and I both need our own, separate office space AND we want to maintain a guest room? How do I make our yellow laminate countertops from the 80s blend into the rest of the decor?

Once I started playing around with the space in the guestroom; making timeless paint-colour choices and thinking about function and form together, my house started looking like our home.

I created the Space Plan & Design Package so people have a way to refresh their home and have it reflect them and their families. Instead of focusing on the what ifs, we will make your dreams a reality.

Free online questionnaire, so we know the exact areas to focus on and don’t wind up getting distracted

In-person consultation, so you can physically show me the areas we need to better plan and design, and talk more about how you WANT them to function and look

3D floor plan, showcasing furniture layout and design plan

2 mood board options – plus one revision – showcasing products to buy that will help create that design and feel you’ve been looking for

In-person meeting to go over floor plan and mood boards and decide exactly what works for you and our next steps for implementing the look you desire!

I will shop for you! Once we’ve decided on the products you’d love to bring into your home, I will do all the shopping

I will drop the product off at your home, set it up and fully stage the room or space to make sure the reveal is just as sweet as you’ve been dreaming!

I will take away all packaging and/or items you no longer need or want

Email support and check-in along the way, keeping you up to date on the project’s progress

Space Plan & Design Package

A one-stop shop for decorating and reimagining your home so it reflects how you want your family to live and feel.

You’ve chosen functional, comfy furniture pieces, but you’re not sure how to blend them into your space. If you see a picture of a light and bright living room or moody office, you can say that you like it, but you have no idea how to implement that look. And you don’t have the time to source accents, paint colours or lighting. You just have no clue where to start.

1. How long will this take?

The Space Plan & Design Package is designed to get completed over eight weeks. This factors the possibility of ordering furniture, and gives you a good amount of time to firm up your design preferences.

2. How many rooms does the Space Plan & Design Package cover?

The Space Plan & Design Package is designed to work for up to three spaces, depending on their size. If you’re looking to up the ante and maybe even work on your whole house, I can come up with a custom quote for you, which will include everything from the Space Plan & Design Package, but account for more rooms!

3. Will you help me organize my space too?

This package is designed to look at the layout of a space and its overall design and aesthetic. It does not include one-on-one organizing or decluttering services. However, if there are some things you’d like to get rid of at the end of our project, I can take them away for you, along with any packaging from purchases we may have made. 4. Do you have payment plans?

I do require a deposit once we’ve decided to move forward with the Space Plan & Design Package. Typically it’s half the full cost ($787.50) and the rest is due at the end of the eight weeks, after the reveal.

5. What about the cost of any furniture or other pieces we might buy?

Any new pieces we buy are paid by the client. I will initially pay for them, but will send an invoice for repayment at the end of the eight weeks.
